Netflix to expand in Europe

Netflix has confirmed plans to expand into six European territories later this year, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium and Luxembourg. The internet television giant said it would disclose details of pricing, programming and supported devices at a later date. Alibaba, Yunfeng invest in Youku Tudou

Chinese internet giant Alibaba has made another major media acquisition by purchasing a $1.22bn stake in online video giant Youku Tudou.
